Policing Nigeria awareness initiative (PNAI) was incorporated in Nigeria under part C (incorporated trustee) of company and allied matter act (CAMA) 1990 (as amended) it was incorporated in 2013 with incorporated trustee number 60808 as presently constituted with 7 (Seven) directors, PNAI is designed to function in collaboration with existing security agencies in Nigeria, through a network of well scrutinized Nigerian volunteers from the seven hundred and seventy four 774 local government areas in Nigeria. The primary responsibility of volunteers (Designated as marshals) is to gather information and intelligence surreptitiously for the ultimate benefit of the existing security agencies in Nigeria.
